Our Maritime Law Department has expertise in supporting clients in processes related to ship chartering and sales (MOA and other related documents), following up with all port and related authorities, and in matters such as force majeure risks, providing guarantees, freight and dead freight issues. We also offer legal support and consultancy services on shipping agreements and ensuring our clients’ compliance with national and international regulations.

The department offers legal support to P&I clubs, shipowners, operators, and ship agents in cases of unsafe port and berth claims, non-payment of rent or freight by charterers, container damages, letter of credit disputes, shipowners’ liabilities, cargo disputes, and ship arrests in cases of non-compliance with contract terms, including general average and collision incidents.
