Our Labour Law Department provides support for all kinds of lawsuits within the scope of labour law, especially in cases related to employee-employer disputes; conducting preparatory processes, participating in mediation negotiations, conducting follow-up and representation.

The department provides legal support and consultancy services for the correct and balanced application of the principles and rules of labour law in the employee-employer relationship, the creation of employment contracts and texts regulating the internal functioning of the company and the determination of their implementation strategies, including all kinds of consultancy services including compliance programs.
