Our Regulation and Compliance Department provides a full range of services to manage the legal risks related to our clients’ operations accurately and safely.

By keeping up to date with legal regulations and public institution policies, legislative changes that may directly or indirectly affect the projects, investments and activities of our clients are compiled in daily and monthly regulatory bulletins, and legal opinions and impact analyses on new legislation are prepared.

The department also has experience in developing compliance programmes to various company structures; where the legislation the client is subjected to, its planned activities, existing contracts and obligations are monitored together in a holistic manner.
