Our Competition Law Department provides legal consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in the entire spectrum of competition law.

Our department prepares compliance programmes in accordance with the fields of activity of our clients in order to ensure their compliance with competition law legislation and manages their comprehensive implementation through techniques such as in-house trainings, personnel incentive programmes, on-site inspection simulations.

In addition to our preventive consultancy services against competition violations, we provide legal guidance on risk analyses of our clients’ operational processes and effective management services in investigation processes with our team that regularly follows both national and global legislation and developments in competition law on a sectoral basis.

Our legal consultancy services also cover processes related to the representation of clients before the Competition Authority, including the realisation of applications for authorisation or exemption.
