Seray Özsoy Yavuz is a Partner/Counsel at Kılınç Law & Consulting and heads the firm’s M&A, Capital Markets, Competition Law and Projects Departments.

Seray Özsoy has gained experience in the fields of commercial and corporate law, capital markets, legal dispute resolution and project & finance as well as an extensive experience in national and international projects in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and competition law and she provides legal consultancy services in fields of capital markets, competition and contract law, and also mergers and acquisitions, and specializes in sectoral investments in national and international areas, legal dispute resolutions, project & finance, aviation and sports law; predominantly for local and foreign natural and legal persons and private equity funds and holding companies operating in more than one sector including trade, energy, construction, real estate, finance, investment and capital markets.
