Saruhan Yiğit Yağcı

Saruhan Yiğit Yağcı worked as an Attorney in the Projects, Competition Law and Innovation and Fintech, and Corporate Law departments of our law firm. He has experience in the issuance of commercial contracts, the follow-up and finalization and registration of commercial transactions subject to company law, and the execution of permit and approval processes based on merger and acquisition projects in the field of competition law.

Saruhan Yiğit Yağcı, who started to work as an intern at Kılınç Law and Consulting in the first years of his university life, also followed up on the works of our clients in our office related to the Gulf Countries during his time as a lawyer. As of 2021, as the Director of the Gulf Region of our office, he maintains communication with our clients in Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Saudi Arabia and monitors the work carried out with our business partners in the region.
