Nigar Guliyeva

Nigar Guliyeva, is a senior legal counsel at Kılınç Law&Consulting and currently heads Contracts and Aviation Law Departments, also works under Dispute Resolution Department.

Nigar Guliyeva has gained experience in the fields of contracts law, litigation and enforcement proceedings, arbitration, commercial, tax, real estate, immigration, intellectual and industrial rights laws throughout her career and is specialized in preparation, review and negotiation of construction, EPC, service, sales, rent, shopping mall rental and management, cooperation contracts within the scope of various projects of foreign/domestic clients, follow-up domestic / foreign clients’ litigation and dispute resolution issues, obtaining necessary permits and licenses in the scope of aviation law and conducting registration procedures.
