Gökçe Ergün has gained experience in the fields of commercial and corporate law, contracts law, data protection and IT law, intellectual property law, compliance and corporate governance throughout her career, and has taken part in mergers and acquisitions and public offering projects involving various sectors. Gökçe specializes in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, preparation of general assembly and board of directors resolutions and follow-up the relevant procedures, drafting and negotiation of SPA and SHAs, providing consultancy on compliance in the fields of capital markets law and competition law, carrying out data protection law compliance projects and providing consultancy in day-to-day matters, providing consultancy regarding intellectual property rights, including carrying out the transactions before the relevant authorities and following-up litigation processes.
