Bartu Metin, is an Associate at Kılınç Law & Consulting and currently works at the firm’s Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Intellectual Property Law and Projects Departments.

Bartu has completed his legal internship at Kılınç Law & Consulting and has gained experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, completion of procedures associated with mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law throughout his career and he is specialized in drafting of commercial contracts, follow-up and finalization of commercial transactions subject to company law, drafting and negotiating SPA and SHAs, and trademark, design and patent registrations.
