Alptekin Dayı works at Kılınç Law & Consulting as Legal Intern and currently is involved with Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Competition Law, Capital Market Law and Projects departments.
Alptekin Dayı has gained experience in Corporate Law and is acquainted with; the follow-up and registration of commercial transactions subject to Corporate Law, the arrangement of commercial contracts, the preparation of necessary information and documents for mergers and acquisitions, the preparation of share transfer and shareholders’ agreements, the conducting of investment processes of venture capital investment funds subject to capital market legislation.
