Legal Intern Application

At Kılınç Law & Consulting, the legal internship program goes beyond the traditional single-practice approach and is conducted through a rotational structure, consisting of 6 months in the Corporate Law team and 6 months in the Litigation team.
Through this structure, our legal trainees gain hands-on experience in different areas of legal practice and have the opportunity to shape their careers in a more informed and conscious way.
Required Qualifications and Skills for Legal Interns
- Graduate of a Faculty of Law
- Proficient in English
(IELTS / TOEFL certificates are considered an asset) - Strong analytical thinking and legal reasoning skills
Able to evaluate legal issues from multiple perspectives and willing to conduct legal research - Willingness to learn and curiosity
Open to exploring new subjects, comfortable asking questions and receiving feedback, and eager to experience different working styles in both Corporate and Litigation practices - Sense of responsibility and professional attitude
Takes assigned tasks seriously and demonstrates a high level of awareness regarding confidentiality and professional ethics - Communication skills
Clear and respectful in both written and verbal communication; attentive to internal team communication - Self-discipline and organizational skills
Able to manage files, tasks, and time in a planned manner - Team-oriented
Able to adapt to working with different teams; collaborative, supportive, and open to cooperation
During the legal internship, interns are actively involved in legal research, drafting contracts and petitions, file follow-up, and team-based work.
